Casa Cupula LGBT Luxury Resort

The staff is great, very accommodating, it’s a bit of a trek to get too, so if you want to chill at the hotel, it’s great, but not walkable, lucky everything is a short tax ride away. Our room was recently remodeled and we loved it!

Loved the scenery from the room and the concierge was friendly. One downside was connection of Internet.

The place was great and the infinity pool had an amazing view. The downside of the property was that it was intense cardio just going up and down all the stairs.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel for the LGBTQ community. Service is great, as it is gay owned and operated. The staff is super friendly and do everything possible to make you feel at home or visiting friends.

This is a very nice, comfortable,clean and well localized hotel. Excellent staff and services. I recommend it.

I liked the multiple pool areas. The Taste Restaurant provided decent food. I especially liked the Sunday brunch that had a wide variety of food choices and was reasonably priced. The room was spacious and had a balcony you can sit and relax at.

This hotel is awesome. Not only are you close to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer, it's secluded enough that you can head back to the hotel and have the quiet you're seeking on a vacation. The amenities are top notch, and I love the homey feel you get from this Gay Resort. Not to mention the staff couldn't be more accommodating. They will literally deliver anything at any time of the day! I'll be back and I'm telling friends!

From the moment you arrive at Casa Cupula, you are greeted with a smile. The guys are the reception desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a quick 3 day stay in Vallarta and were so glad we chose to stay here. We will definitely return.

Outstanding service across the board...a treasure to the community.
