I paid for a budget room and thats wot we got so im not going to complain

Not very clean in places,room was tiny

Location...bed was comfy. Shower was good. Breakfast was tasty

Bedroom was tiny...toilet very noisy and sink too small

Pls note, owner never expects you so you need to explsin upon arrival you booked , watch out for extra £10 dog bill thats not stated in booking terms and take your own towels, pillow cases etc On a positive, breakfast is superb

Not knowing or registering who i was on arrival ie a guest, fact i had to pay £10 for dog which was never mentioned in pre booking email when i ebquired about dog (received email back, "yes we accept dogs", but failed to mention £10 per night cost! ) until i was asked to pay it upon arrival

Good location,Very clean and tidy, owners/ staff are friendly and lots of choice for breakfast which is really good. Will definitely return.

Toilet was a little noisy and room a little small but didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

Really friendly staff, chatty and felt very at ease straight from walking in the property. Nice little touches, bottled water, biscuits and hairdryer in room. Great location and a lovely breakfast
