"great hospitality"

Went to a 3 day conference at the Riviera Leisure Centre, which was 5 minutes walk from hotel. enjoyed walking along the promenade and beach which was 10 mins walk from hotel. hotel staff very friendly, efficient, good breakfast, provision of information on where to eat out. rooms very comfortable. would definately go again.

"Wonderfully quiet hotel, handy for Riviera Centre"

I needed a straightforward bed for the night in connection with a business awards ceremony at the Riviera Centre. As I was travelling by train, somewhere near the station was ideal. The Netley fitted the bill completely. It was sufficiently close to the station that a taxi was not necessary.

The Netley Hotel is a very friendly hotel, very airy, Mr & Mrs Till are very nice people... polite, welcomes people soon as you come into there place... Rooms are very nice.. i would recommend this Hotel to any body that would or like to stay in Torquay... my self and partner we had great time staying there.. we have booked again, same hotel and same room...And torquay is a very lovely place to visit and live.... great places to go and see....

Hotel itself as you enter is lovely and proprietors can't do enough for you but room was shabby dark and dingy

"Homely hotel"

Lovely hosts, Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room was comfortable with everything we needed, The hotel is just a short walk to the seafront and the town and is a good base to explore the other resorts close by overall we had a good experience and will return next time we are in the area
