Every wish was forfilled, breakfsst excelant. Room nicely fitted out.100% friendly staff.owner run house.so friendly. Room bright, lays central , in a very quiet street.

Great position, close to shops etc. Spotlessly clean and friendly host. Excellent breakfast.

TV in room a bit small. Especially when viewing from the bed.

Was happy with the room. It was clean and quiet. Thought it was excellent value for money at £50 a night. Yes it was a single bed but there was still enough space to move around the room.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. You get what you pay for. Ok it was 5 minutes from the center of Harrogate but what's a 5 minute walk into town.

The property location was just right for the bars and restaurants, not too close and not too far,just right for a peaceful nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice cooked to perfection whilst parking on the roadside with a permit given by Tracey the wonderful host was a bonus

Breakfast was great - staff really looked after us. Room was pleasant. Staff friendly. Powerful shower.

Bed and pillows were slightly too firm.

Couldnt ask for anything more, perfect in everyway.
