"Nice let down by room"

A lovely medium sized hotel lovely staff and great location

We were in room 201 directly outside the lift so quote noisy.Also the air con was very weak we did report this but nothing was done. Finally this room had no terrace. A shame as I think the room overshadowed the rest of the hotel experience

Breakfast is good. Location is closed to the seaside.
