NLLocatie was mooi.
Ontbijtruimte te klein voor aantal gasten. Kamer erg donker, beschadigd en gedateerd. Electriciteitssnoeren beschadigd waardoor gevaar kan ontstaan. Stekkers zaten op onprofessionele wijze in een stekkerdoos op het bureau.

Die vrouw dat werkt in de ochtend is heel onrespect en wij kreeg geen ontbijt omdat ze hebben niet gezien dat wij hebben voor ontbijt in de kamer gevraagd en ze maken fout erover
NLPrachtig lokatie. Schone ruime kamer. Ontbijt was ruimschoots ok. Mooie binnenplaats waar je fijn kan zitten. Mooi Restaurant, vriendelijke bediening.
Douchen moet je in ligbad, kan veiliger. Restaurant en hotel liggen een stuk uit elkaar wat met slecht weer niet handig is. Ik had vooraf laten weten dat ik met de motor kwam, die kon ik in t fietsenschuurtje stallen. Dat ging net aan door de fietsen. Maar bereikbaar via steile helling van kinderkopjes en veel grind met bovenaan haakse bocht. Niet fijn. Vooral bij vertrek moet achteruit gereden worden over de kinderkopjes tot de bocht, keren en dan helling af. Was wel spannend.

Onderhoud kamer : bed lampjes ,hengsel van het raam , tafel was niet goed inelkaar gezet,hierdoor stond deze onstabiel..ook ontbijt ruimte te klein zeker na evenement Limburg Mooiste. Moesten buiten zitten terwijl de tafels en stoelen nog nat waren van de regenbui..Ditalles noem ik niet gastvrij.

Het interieur was verouderd. Vlekken in het tapijt. Wasbak zaten barsten in. Ik zat met meerdere mensen op het terras. Geen personeelslid kwam naar je toe. Je moest zelf je drankje halen. Afreken met de pin was erg lastig. Er moest meerdere keren iemand bij komen om te helpen. Het voelde eerder als dat het als lastig werd ervaren dat er gasten waren in het hotel, dan dat het leuk was. Ik heb dit nog niet eerder zo mee gemaakt.
