NLGoede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Verder top dat ze laadpalen voor de deur hebben. Ook een gunstige ligging tov Heerlen, waar ik voor mijn werk moest zijn.
Niets. Het hotel overtrof mijn verwachtingen, die overigens vrij beperkt waren, gezien de lage kamerprijs.
NLThe location is great. Although the pictures we see here above is nothing like real life. The picture is the restaurant not the hotel. Which is disappointing when you arrive. The receptionist was friendly. And bar opening hours are okay.
The rooms are dated. They smell. They are dirty... its was not great at all. One of our groupmembers even found a seal on the doorpost. The ones you find on a crimescene or bug treatment. come on... put in the effort. Remove it from the doorpost when things are cleaned. These small things, including the dirty state of the room was just a major disappointing for us. The problem is, the hotel has a lot of potential. It really needs good management and caretaking. Oh yeah btw, there was furniture in the water at the restaurant when we notified the staff they said we know... its there for weeks. What I said before. It needs TLC.
