Please note that the residence reception closes at 20:00. If you plan to arrive after this time please contact the hotel in advance for the access code. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided with a cleaning kit as well. Breakfast is available in the room upon request. End of stay cleaning is included but a full cleaning service of the apartment is available on request during the stay (at an extra charge). Guests have access to an outdoor parking spot (an extra charge of 5 € is applied). The establishment does not accept reservations for more than 3 rooms and reserves the right to refuse the booking if this condition is not met. There is an additional charge of 34€/hour (from 1 to 3 people), to use the spa with jacuzzi after check-out. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
