Ein leckeres Frühstück,freundliches Personal sowie gute Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Unternehmungen.Sollten wir noch einmal in diese Region kommen nur in dieses Hotel

Posizione ottima per una visita alla citta' lagunare. Ma non solo. Anche Chioggia non dista molto .La nostra camera era pulita, spaziosa , ben arredata e luminosa con grande tv led..Ottima al risveglio la colazione con prodotti freschi e dolci fatti in casa.Hanno un bel ampio parcheggio , chiuso di notte e si puo' lasciare la macchina anche il giorno di partenza , se si vuole , come abbiam fatto noi ,fare un altro giretto a Venezia usando il comodo bus .

Seppur ad un centinaio di metri dalla statale , devo dire che si riposa bene in assoluta tranquillita' visto che si trova in mezzo alla campagna . La nostra stanza non molto spaziosa , ma ben arredata con soluzioni moderne , come la grande tv led , la connessione wi fi sempre presente e veloce e la possibilita' di rientrare la sera tardi in autonomia con la chiave eletttronica che apre anche il cancello principale E' stata una buona scelta per una visita a Venezia .sia per i prezzi assolutamente onesti, per la facilita' di andare Venezia coi mezzi pubblici e per l'ottima ospitalita della direzione .

The staff was really helpful and friendly. There was a bus to Venice near the hotel or you could take a train from Campagna Lupia.

Even tho its ok hotel its expensive compare to other hotel close to the city. they well-maintained the building but still its not worth 80 Euros a night. basicly its a farm house turned into a hotel. Breakfast buffet could be better.

This hotel is a great place for traveling to Venice if you just need a decent room and a good breakfast. Not recommended if you're coming from the airport but if you're driving a long ways to Venice then this is the perfect place for you. Staying in Venice itself is not only expensive but stressful as finding your hotel while towing your luggage can be time consuming. The hotel has free parking and free breakfast. The hotel is located in a more rural area so make sure you eat before coming back. The bus is across the street and comes once an hour. The bus ride is maybe 30 minutes and stops right at the parking lot in the island. No cars are allowed in Venice so this is as far as it goes. For two people to go round trip into Venice is just under 20 euro. I don't know how late the bus runs but make sure you find out and don't miss it as a taxi might hurt your wallet. The owner is a serious man but was helpful. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone under the condition that they know how to get the bus back from Venice. As a side note the bus ride was the worst part of our trip, I don't know if it was just our specific driver but make sure you know when to get off when coming back from Venice and which bus to get back onto.
