Pool war zu warm

The room was a good size, recently renovated, and contained tasteful good quality furnishings. The hotel lobby is large, airy and beautiful.

The 2nd Floor large Premium Apartment with Seaview on Arrival had a Very Poor View Facing the Backs of Buildings and the Noisy Hotel Air Conditioning System - and it was Not as Advertised in the Posted Hotel Premium Apartment Photos . Hotel Workers were Sawing, Drilling and Hammering over a 2 Day Period One Floor just below our Balcony resulting in us Not being able to enjoy sitting outside or having our windows open. The construction noise was Deafening and Irritating. On Day 3 Hotel Employees Telephoned our Room at 8 am, Knocked and Knocked Outside our door Several Times Throughout the Day to Install a New Sofa and a New Industrial Waste Disposal under our Kitchen Sink. And Unbelievably they even came a Third Time in the Afternoon wanting to Install a Large Piece of Glass!? These Constant Installation Intrusion Requests Interrupted our Daily Vacation Plans which we told Reception Employees was Unacceptable and Very Inconvenient. The Hotel needs to Clearly Understand that Guests are here to Enjoy Their Vacation and the Hotel Surroundings, and not to be taken advantage of by Hotel Employees wanting access to their reserved Apartment to complete the Hotel's Apartment Renovation Schedule Installation Tasks which should have been completed in Non Peak Season and Before the Guest's Paid Arrival Day. After Several Discussions with Various Reception Employees we Finally Received a Premium Apartment with the Correct Seaview as Photographed and Advertised on Their Apartment Booking Page on Day 3 of our stay - and our Premium Booking Finally Met our Expectations.

A piscina é ótima

O quarto onde ficamos precisa de modernização. Era uma pena só haver omeletes de vez em quando no pequeno almoço. O nosso quarto ficava num edifício diferente de onde estava o spa por isso tinha de ir para a rua de forma a atravessa lo. Nem no hotel nem no spa não deram roube para usar durante a estadia e a massagem, o que achei estranho e fez da experiência algo menos confortável do que estou habituada

Pobyt w hotelu Golden Residence oceniam pozytywnie. Największymi plusami są przepiękne położenie na wybrzeżu, cudowny widok z balkonu oraz pyszne śniadania. Strefa basenowa była świetna – woda była bardzo ciepła, a hotel miło nas zaskoczył, pozwalając korzystać z basenu i ręczników również po wymeldowaniu.

Z minusów, pokój był dość mały, przez co ciężko było wygodnie rozłożyć rzeczy, a same wnętrza i nieco starsze meble mogłyby zostać delikatnie odświeżone. Szkoda również, że woda butelkowana była zapewniona tylko na początku pobytu i nie uzupełniano jej codziennie. Mimo tych drobnych szczegółów, hotel jest naprawdę godny polecenia!

A localização era conveniente e de fácil acesso.

Fiquei muito dececionada com a qualidade da comida. Havia pouca variedade, a fruta não estava em boas condições e o serviço no restaurante deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionários mostraram pouca simpatia e nem sequer compreendiam o português, pelo que, nem cafés sabiam tirar. Além disso, a limpeza do quarto era muito fraca: havia um cheiro desagradável a urina, encontrámos cabelos na casa de banho e no chão que claramente não eram nossos. No geral, a higiene e o atendimento ficaram muito abaixo do esperado.

Tolle Lage mit schönem Meerblick, schöner Pool und herrliche Aussichtsterrassen. Wir hatten ein großes Appartement. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet.
