One child from 3 to 12 years old can stay for free in the existing sofa bed. This is only available in Suites and Apartments. Please note that the safety deposit box has a cost of EUR 1.7 per day. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in. "First experience on Madeira with Golden Residence"

The location is great - easy access from the airport by Aerobus (bus stop at the entry to the hotel), quick access to the promenade which can lead to Camaraderie de Lobos one way and Funchal other way. The hotel staff is very nice, pleasant and supportive. Hotel rooms are very ok, bathrooms are spacious and all is kept very clean.

WiFi was quite unstable during my stay
