Walking distance to town. Helpful advice on ‘things to see’. The little extras, welcome chocolates in fridge.. the Happy Easter eggs were a nice surprise. Thank you so much Max and wife. We enjoyed our time at Palazzo and Nelson immensely.

"Great location, large room with kitchenette"

The location was fabulous! We had room 209. The staff was friendly. Very spacious and functional with a couch, a larger kitchenette and good clothes storage. They had a Nespresso and refilled the small bottle of milk in the frig.

Although had a Nespresso the 2 pods provided were awful. Luckily we had our own.

"Wonderful stay in Nelson"

Wonderful room. Spacious and exceptionally clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and small outdoor seating area. Great shower, super comfy bed and great service by the hosts. Laundry facilities also available. New World supermarket is just around the corner and it's only a few minutes walk to restaurants and cafes. We arrived early and whilst our room wasn't quite ready, our lovely host was happy to take our groceries and put them away in the room for us while we went off to Cable Bay Adventure Park. Would absolutely stay again.

If anything, and not a major problem, I would've liked an extra power-point or two. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever 👌
