La ubicación y las vistas son de 10. Teníamos un piso muy alto por lo que no echamos de menos el aire acondicionado, con la brisa y el ventilador más que suficiente.

Se rompieron los ascensores y las colas para subir desde el -8 eran un horror aunque a los 3 días vinieron a arreglarlos. Las almohadas son horrorosas, las típicas parte cuellos llenas de trozos de esponja. Y la piscina carece de escaleras para las personas mayores o gente con movilidad reducida. Esas escaleras valen muy poco y facilitan mucho que la gente mayor pueda subir y bajar sin problemas y disfrutar como los demás de las instalaciones.

La cercanía a la playa. cin cruzar ka carretera ya estas web la playa.

Hubo skgu os problemas con los ascensores en 2 días de estancia pero ya los repararon. Los están renovando y al principio suele haber problemas de ajuste. En la zona de planta principal donde se coge el ascensor desde la calle, se forma mucha calor pues solo ventila desde la puerta. Deberían poner una ventilación cruzada o aire acondicionado. No estaría mal también un asiento para las personas mayores. A veces en horas punta se concentra mucha gente y hay que esperar un rato a coger el ascensor, aunque haya 4.

"La vue est superbe ainsi que l'emplacement"

L'emplacement géographique, la proximité avec la mer ainsi que la vue, la ville avec beaucoup d'activité pour les enfants

La literie de qualité moindre, les commerces en fronts de mer avec des prix exorbitants, 200 m plus loin les prix sont divisés par 3 à tous les niveaux. Avant de consommer je vous conseille de passer par la vieille ville

"Renovar un poco las instalaciones"

Las vistas al mar no tiene precio la verdad.Muy buena la ubicación.

Las instalaciones algo descuidadas de antiguas y de poco limpias.Para coger el ascensor una odisea y cuando no uno que no funcionaba... Y en el apartamento alguna que otra cucaracha...y la piscina un poquito sucia de arena y césped...

El apartamento muy bien ubicado, todo está cerca.

Esperando mil horas el ascensor.Se debería avisar en la página que hay restricciones y no se puede entrar con el coche en el centro de Benidorm.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. A un paso de la playa, tienes todo cerca donde comer, donde comprar, además la posibilidad del parking en el mismo edificio te facilita la vida.

Como sugerencia podría decir que sería bueno que pongan unas lavadoras y secadoras en mejores condiciones
