Very hot in the room

Great staff, fantastic location with amazing views. Typical old UK hotel,if you look you'll find implemerfections but loverly for it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,breakfast was lovely and the views are stunning

Being very picky but drinks pricey but that's the only negative really

Bij aankomst kreeg ik te horen dat mijn overtocht naar Ierland gecanceld was, de lieftallige dame achter de balie heeft voor mij een nieuwe overtocht geregeld, hulde daarvoor!

Friendly and welcoming with beautiful views. Very good food in the restaurant.

It’s a tiny detail but the mushroom with breakfast was strange. I would have preferred a portion of mushrooms.

The position of the hotel was not made clear in the publicity and it was such a lovely surprise to see the spectacular view I got from the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Super stay.

The changing room & Showers in the pool area were adequate but quite difficult to access due to the high step into the shower and the shower mat that moved. I did not use the pool as much as I had hoped due to the access issue.

The location was fantastic - great gardens and views.

It was very hot when we stayed and rooms don’t have air conditioning - fans were provided but it was still very warm.
