"Habitacion amplia y acogedora"

Como estaba de viaje con auto, valoré mucho que tiene un lugar amplio de estacionamiento. La habitación era grande, cómoda y limpia. Contaba con mosquiteros en ventas y puertas que ayuda mucho porque en la zona en ciertas temporadas podría haber mosquitos.

La piscina no es muy grande para la cantidad de habitaciones. El área verde también es pequeña alrededor de la piscina. El precio de la comida es un poco elevada pero estuvo muy rica y porciones grandes.

"Good beds to rest and clean but do not eat there or expect good customer service"

Comfortable beds and clean rooms

The customer service- it seemed we were a burden for the staff. We did not see a smile during our stay, they did the bare minimum. Example our elderly friends who did not speak Spanish could not find their room and instead to show them, the gentleman shouted from the distance and did not help them. Breakfast was hideous, stale bread, scrambled eggs that look like vomit, no fruits available, really really poor. I never complaint about these type of things but this hotel really needs to get the grip of customer service. Perhaps, it is because they have a captive clientele due to the nazca lines that they don’t bother.

"Très bel endroit au calme, parfait pour se détendre avant le vol de Nazca"

L accueil La piscine et son très beau jardin exotique ! 😃 La grande chambre avec un réfrigérateur

Un peu éloigné du centre mais pour 6-7sols soit 1,5-2€ vous prenez un taxi pour vous y rendre
