El colchón era cómodo

Cuando llegamos de noche a la habitación y entramos en el baño estaba todo lleno de bolitas de papel. Era tarde y no dijimos nada. Al día siguiente nos fuimos de la habitación sobre las 11, dejando el aviso de que podían limpiar y cuando llegamos a media tarde la habitación estaba sin hacer. La respuesta que nos dan es que ya no hay nadie de limpieza y que hasta el día siguiente nada. Nos dieron toallas limpias y nada más. Una disculpa de la recepcionista y se acabó. Ninguna solución.
