Property Notes

Guests wishing to receive a VAT invoice are requested to provide the hotel with all necessary company data within 1 hour after receiving confirmation of the reservation. Otherwise, the only document to settle the stay will be a fiscal receipt. From February 2024, breakfast will not be served as a buffet at our hotel. There will be breakfast "on-drop" in the form of lunchboxes. Breakfast reception is available from 7:00 to 10:00. Please note that when traveling with a child, his/her identity card or a document confirming the parents' consent to travel with the child is required.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
