Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins. Note spéciale pour la literie impeccable et chambre très spacieuse.

La salle de bain n'est pas très propre au niveau de la douche. Hôtel excentré loin de tout. Nécessité de louer un scooter ou une voiture. Le restaurant reste cher pour les plats proposés. Piscine verdâtre qui n'invite pas à s'y baigner. Enfin, travaux bruyants sur la plage non signalés

The room we had was lovely(one bedroom pool villa), and the staff were exceptional….

They had construction work going on at the time outside of the resort, but it was tolerable….

Great beachfront location with free shuttle to local restaurants, shops, Tenanganan Aga village. Good restaurant and comfortable accommodation. Free yoga sessions twice weekly and daily afternoon tea and entertainment is a bonus. We had a beachfront villa which was spacious and comfortable with a nice undercover veranda. Beautiful gardens. This was our second visit and we will be back.

One of the key elements of the stay which I appreciated was the Balinese hospitality. The entire staff was very friendly, respectful and did their utmost best to turn around our mediocre 5 star resort experience. The bed was very comfortable in combination with the private pool really gave the luxurious feeling I wanted (and expected) the massages were quite good.

There were a few things that really break the experience for us: 1. The breakfast buffet is terrible, it’s something you receive at a 2 star hotel. You can pick one item of the breakfast menu per day like a omelet though you can pick more but you will have to pay for that (also not 5 star resort worthy) and the rest is the buffet. The “buffet” exists out of bread (not freshly baked) jam(not freshly made) cornflakes and granola, some fruits and a very basic salad. 2. The pool of the resort is dirty and small and I’m very happy we had our own private pool. When shared that it was dirty the staff replied that usually it’s being taking care of but now the staff needed doing something else (?) 3. Around the property there was construction going on. They began working at 8 in the morning and continue to work till Saturday night at 03:00 in the morning. When asked about it they replied that it’s not something they can control and the Balinese government allows to let people work until this late. We switched rooms because of this noise, the latter room was less noisy. The manager gave us free massages as compensation and discount on our dinner. If it wasn’t for the team I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, but since I understand there are some unfortunate circumstances like the construction which doesn’t last forever. Overal the mentality I felt was: The show must go on and we need guests, and we will do our best to contain the experience damage to the best of our ability. It’s understandable, but it still sucks. 4. The property is at the ocean but there is no beach and you can’t swim in the ocean (!) because it’s a rocky side we drove to virgin beach (fantastic) with the scooter on a daily basis (about 20 minutes ride) and had our share of the ocean and beach there. 5. During our whole stay there was a problem with the water, so you couldn’t take a good shower as the pressure was just very low. They tried to fix it but in vain.
