Hotel Villas Flamingos

The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. The resort is beautiful and the food is the best on the island. Enjoy it with or without kids. Thank you for n amazing stay!!!

Lage ist ein Traum, adults only pool etwas ganz besonderes, Teile des Personals waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Speisen waren fein. Checkin/-out einfach und schnell. Zimmer war schon früher bezugsbereit

Cappuccino war im Frühstück nicht inklusive obwohl das Frühstück inkl. war, unverständlich bei diesen Preisen. Manche Mitarbeiter waren leider nicht ganz so motiviert. Wir hatten einige Großfamilien mit vielen kleinen Kindern, was dazu führte dass es teils sehr laut war und überall Spielzeug rum lag das leider nicht weg geräumt wurde (weder von den Familien noch von den Mitarbeitern) was leider wiederum dazu führte, dass schöne Plätze gerade z.B. zum Sonnenuntergang nicht genutzt werden konnten.

This is absolutely the most beautiful property we have ever stayed anywhere in the world let alone Mexico! The beach just goes on and on forever with no seaweed at all! A truly magnificent bird sanctuary completely unspoiled by development! We loved the food so much especially the amazing beach bar. We ate every single meal here because it was so good! The breakfast is spectacular with French press coffee and lots of healthy selections. The villas are impeccably designed with luxuriously comfortable beds and linens and the shower was an amazing feature! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and they made us feel so special! We can not wait to go back, it was definitely worth the 2 days it took us to get there from the snow storm in the mountains in Colorado!

Bring bugs spray for when the sun goes down for about an hour of pesky bugs. They’re gone by nightfall though.

The location is amazing! The room was gorgeous, plunge pool heated and amazing vibe!

The staff didnt even greet while going there or leaving didnt ask how was the stay or even goodbye. In the beach restaurant we had to go and ask ourselves to be given the menu. Food had literally no taste. To be honest the service was so bad that it was almost making us laugh. The property itsself and the rooms are so amazing that a little hello on going there or leaving would be simple. Also didn’t really matter who was working since going in and out everyone was the same. So for us who have travelled a lot was very surprising to see service to this extent of literally non existent.
