The atmosphere was amazing loved the daily DJ. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous and the food was very reasonable priced and delicious.

Pros: - The pool area is the perfect balance between chilled and fun. Such a great space to relax in the day with music and looks as good as the photos. Plenty of shade and sun spots depending on what you are looking for - Cleaners came by every day to replace linen and towels which was very much appreciated - Comfy bed and strong air conditioning - Taxi rank just outside the hotel or a scenic walk to San Antonio - great selection of food and drinks by the pool

- difficult to use the kitchen. As you can only use one appliance at a time due to one plug socket you have to use it, unplug it and put it away (counter space small) and then replug another appliance - No sponges, washing up liquid or anything to clean e.g. wipe down the surfaces in the kitchen so you have to buy this - A lot of the staff serving in the pool area were fantastic, there was one who actively avoided you so you had to go up to the bar to order - confusing staff system at the pool. One person takes your order, one person serves it and another person comes to take the payment. And it seems they change roles each day so you have to figure out who is who today!
