The Club Villas

Spacious villas, incredibly responsive and helpful staff. The roadway between villas would be better if it was closed to the public

Very central - which is a bonus but also a risk as random people are constantly cruising by your villa. There is a noisy sports bar around the corner and construction going around the property so if you are thinking about peacefully reading your book by the pool look elsewhere. Overall the property needs a major renovation. The towels and linen were dirty with visible stains. The outdoor bathroom stank of urine. The air conditioning was weak. The breakfast was very poor. Staff were inconsistent as some quite friendly but then others storm into your villa which was locked with a privacy sign on, and raid your fridge. Luckily I woke up from a nap and told them off…

Location excellent to Main Street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants 3 min walk. We stayed in a honeymoon suite which are very traditional but a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable , aircon worked very well, shower pressure good ( drain smelled though) , 7 m long clean pool with sun lounges. The lounge room is outside and furniture not comfortable at all. No cushions on dining chairs on back or sides of couch. Very private villa and TV in bedroom only which was a good size. Should you wish to cook in villa very little amenities ( no microwave) They bring breakfast to your room and was only Luke warm most days but the size of the American breakfast was large and good selection. We enjoyed our stay but would look for a more modern or newer villa next trip.

Excellent location, great daily breakfasts, wonderful communication

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Every single person—from the friendly yard workers to the front lobby team—greeted us with a smile and were always up for a polite, genuine chat. It made the whole experience feel personal and warm. The villas themselves were beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and in great condition. We especially loved the private pool—it was crystal clear and the perfect place to relax. Daily breakfast was delivered right to our door, always fresh and on time. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which made it easy to stay connected when needed as Whatsapp is king in Bali. Highly recommend The Club Villas for anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay with exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent property, area not so great, bad traffic. Nothing much to see and do

This property was so dirty that the mosquito net over our bed had Black Gold on it. The towels were dirty so much so my husband went to show the staff the towels they went to get more clean ones but couldn't find any that weren't dark grey with dirt. The cold water tap in bathroom sink was sealed shut from corrosion. The shower floor was filthy. The pool had chips of tiles missing you had to be careful not to cut your feet. The list goes on and I have many photo's of it all .The condition was no better in other Villas as we asked our neighbour he said it was the same but didn't know what to do about it. We had to stay 2 days out of the 7 we paid good money for as we couldn't get booked into another hotel for 2 days. Worst experience ever and to top it of no way could we contact Expedia tried email phone call and virtual chat all was waste of time.

The villas are on the older side but still provide a pleasurable holiday experience. The hospitality from all staff is second to none, very polite, friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel resort was big, but there are mosquitoes and insects. Hotel is very near the bustling attractions and shops, with pubs and restaurants. The breakfast service is excellent and the food is good. However, the floor is a bit dusty.

I like Club Villa due to its location and the staff are very friendly and communicative.
