The Club Villas

was excellent except the room need renovation. Doors are hard to open. Children has no strength to open the doors. Staffs are very helpful.

Our stay was very memorable. The villa and private pool were perfect for us and our 16mnth old. She loved the pool and the friendly staff were so good with her. Purnama and the other staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping, especially good in the heat because we never needed to walk too far. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the ambiance, like that was walking distance to restaurants and shops. friendly staff. Food was very good.

The villas were fairly centrally located so close to everything and the beach. Was nice to have all the space and our own pool. The breakfast was a little ordinary but ok.

Our stay at The Club Villas was bad from beginning to end. The only thing we enjoyed was the convenient location, the pool and the room cleaning staff as they were nice and gave us some tips about the area. Travelers are usually used to being welcomed by the hotel reception upon arrival. However at this hotel, the front desk staff were very dry, not hospitable and not helpful at all. Even the last day when we requested hotel transport to airport, we payed $40 and they gave us an invoice, however the front desk lady did not actually request a driver. If we haven't followed up with front desk, we would have missed our flight because of their inefficiency and unreliability. The hotel is in poor condition and the level of cleanliness is way below average. We got a skin rash after staying there as they were not changing the bed sheets. The bed sheets had stains. The hotel's towels had stains, were torn and disgusting. The front desk were never useful. Whenever we call them to request anything, they give you an excuse rather than a solution or they take ages to bring you your request. Some of the hotel staff did not speak English so it was very hard to communicate. The hotel's complimentary breakfast had a good variety of selections. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak and the hotel should seriously revisit their management policies if they have any!

The water dispenser wasn't working. Overall, the villa gave a feel that it is beginning to "age". Location is along the bustling stretch which we like. 10 mins walk to the beach was acceptable. Breakfast wasn't too shabby. Staffs were helpful. Overall, no complain and kinda like it but might wanna try other accommodations the next time.

oh my word this hotel is the best! the location is perfect - right in the middle of the main street of bars and shops but as soon as you are in your villa it's just peace and quiet and privacy! The accommodation itself was great - a huge bedroom and bathroom and the pool was the perfect size for a couples holiday! not big enough to do lengths in but as we just wanted to read my book and relax it was all we needed. I would happily re-book, without hesitation!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been better. The villa is near seminyak square, nice quiet and peaceful.

This hotel is in the middle of a busy cafe district but it is an oasis of peace. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful- they were very accommodating with our late checkout due to an evening flight. The villa we stayed in was a little tired in one of the bathrooms (the shower fittings leaked and it had little water pressure), but the villa was spacious, clean, beautiful, and extremely comfortable.

3 bedroom Villa was massive and very clean. Each room was so large with very comfy king beds and great ensuites. Private pool was huge and we all enjoyed lazing around on our sun beds, it was our hidden oasis. Staff were brilliant with all our requests met instantly with a smile and each day we came home to a beautiful clean villa. Hardly even saw a mosquito after reading problems in earlier reviews. Breakfast was fine but we chose to eat out most days. Only caught transport for airport as location was second to none and we could walk everywhere. Just can't rave enough, we loved every second at The Club Villas Seminyak and can't wait to come back.
