I don't know how to describe what did I like about this place but this is not our first time to stay in this hotel and we will still choose to stay on our next baguio journey. I can say this is our favorite hotel to stay. The food is good and we love the breakfast buffet. The staffs are are polite and accomodating

It is not that I don't like but may I suggest for the hotel management to consider having ready to use slippers for the guest

Great location- walking distance to SM mall. Safe area. Clean and spacious rooms . Breakfast was very good at their restaurant . Free coffee and water dispenser a big plus. Nice staff. Good free parking. Elevator.

The location is great. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The room looks old and smelled a bit musty. The towels provided looked very worn out and unclean (same colour as the bath mat).

"It feels good!"

My son dont like the food,he just ate only the chicken fillet,sana next time dagdagan ng food na gusto ng kids.

Its better if there is a water heater for coffee inside the room,in case some guest wants to have coffee in their rooms.

This is my 3rd time at El Cielito Hotel and I always love their food especially its breakfast and good accommodation.

Needs to upgrade its facilities, particularly its conference rooms
