Hotel Tradiup by the Designers

Nice hotel located near Jongno3 subway station exit 5. Subway exit signs are hard to follow but try to get to exit 5. Walk to Samil-daero 26 - gil and turn right. You will see hotel sign. We booked a Family Suite with 2 queen beds for 4 adults. We had to take the elevator to floor 6 and walk half a floor down to get to our room. Rooms was OK with a large divider between the beds. Room had a whirlpool hot tub we never used. Some of the cellphone chargers did not work. Coffee in the lobby was free. People at the front desk are very helpful.

Good location in an interesting area. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were helpful and proficient in English.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The room had dust all over. The walls were covered in mold. The smell was so strong I couldn’t stay there. I asked the manager to change the room and tu e only one she had was also smelly and I saw a roach there. The hotel itself seems to have had a better time before. Even the restaurant they used to have (and still keep it anounced here) has been turned into a garbage storage place! Terrible!

Property is better than 4 Star hotel. Loved the local vibe.

Very hot inside of hotel, not in room though. Dirty around the front ...etc.

It was simply terrible in a terrible area of the city. I cant imagine why this is even a place that Expedia would have in the system! Awful. We left so I threw my money away.

The property is old, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is a very basic hotel room. However, the location is great, 3 minute walk to the subway and plenty of eateries in area.

Overall a nice stay. Really nice to be able to leave baggage outside of check in hours.
