I wasn’t happy the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room and the owners never in the office and the beds are not comfy I have a bad back and my door never locked.. never again I had fun at Niagara Falls but I wasn’t happy with the hotel ..

Clean beds and toilet. The toilet had bidet which is great. Good location. The flush did not work at times. The bathtub was getting jammed very frequently. The toilet's lock was not working. The carpets were dirty. Unfortunately the AC in my room was not cooling. However, the other room that my other family members took was working very well.

It was decent, basic and clean enough. The price was good, and the manager was very easy going and friendly. Went out of his way to be a good host, best staff experience on the lane for sure.
