"駅前の快適オアシスのようなホテルです。"

シングルのお部屋でしたが、ちょうど良い広さで快適でした。 シングルだとキャリーを広げるスペースがないお部屋が多い中、ドア辺りに広げても通れる余裕があったり、ゴミ箱が大きくて、旅行者のことをよく考えていらっしゃると思いました。 お風呂のシャワーヘッドやドライヤーがリファを採用されていて、リラックスや髪を乾かすのに家と変わらず早く乾いて嬉しかったです。 それと朝食を取るレストランも素敵で、部屋からは景色は望めなかったのですが、レストランでは京都駅を見ながらひとときゆっくり食事をして朝から気持ちが明るくなりました。サービスもとても良かったです。 またお世話になりたいと思えるホテルです。

強いていうなら、仕事で宿泊したので、お部屋のデスクライトがもう少し大きくて明るいと助かります。 ちょうどパソコンと高さがかち合い、デスク周りが暗くなってしまいました。 ですが、満足度の高いお部屋でした。

ロケーションが京都駅八条口に近くて便利です。一緒に泊まった友達は伊丹空港からバスで京都に来ましたが、こちらも京都八条のバス停がホテルのすぐそばでした。 スタッフの方々はとても親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、ホテルの部屋は12階で窓からの眺めもよく快適でした。

部屋の洗面所がもう少し広いとよかったです。
