This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. The only plus side to it is that itโs walkable from the subway station. My room was tiny, which I expected, but I didnโt expect to hit my knees in the bathroom at every turn because itโs so cramped. The air conditioning vent was right above the bed because the room is so small so itโs either turn on the ac and blast the air in your face or turn it off. It also smelled musty, like dirty wet rags. My bedspread was stained. The carpet was dark so you could see all the dust and hair buildup on the corners. The closet in the room was locked so no idea what that area was for. Check in was easy and staff is friendly but the front desk agent made me miss my airport shuttle in the morning so I had to use a taxi anyway which negated the only reason I booked that hotel. Go somewhere else. This hotel isnโt worth it if youโre paying over 50 usd a night.

A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you donโt reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you arenโt able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great.

The hotel room was very clean but very small.
Hotel is right by the station and near the old shopping street in Narita. Highly recommend if you are looking for a short stay by the airport.
