離JR京都站真的很近，中央出口出來大概走3分鐘就會到要搭公車之類的都很方便，附近也有小公園可以散步服務人員也滿親切的，有問題都會馬上處理房間備品很齊全幾乎不用在另外準備，隔天也是直接給一組全新的（包括浴袍之類的）而且電視超大看起來超爽的！

房間空間有點小，而且床底下有前面客人掉下去的口紅不知道是不是不會整理到床下面雖然有洗衣機但是整棟只有2台，希望能增加一些不然要排很久

駅に近かった。

水道水を出そうとしたら、蛇口を捻り続けてないと水がすぐに止まってしまう状態だった。なので片手で蛇口を押さえながら水を出さなくてはならないため、歯磨きの時に非常に苦労した。
