Good location, behind another APA which makes it a trick to find. But of noise and very small rooms, which is normal enough for near a main station in Japan.

The staff is top notch. They go above a beyond. Its 2 minutes to kyoto transit and shops and attractions all over the area. 10/10 would recommend.
