Chelsea House

Our two nights at the Chelsea House B&B for a friends wedding was outstanding and the breakfasts were exceptional. The attention to detail and attentiveness of the owners and staff was second to none, we were made to fell extremely welcome. Well positioned with a see view balcony, our room was lovely. A truly first class stay and if we're in the area again, Chelsea House is the place for us!

Our second time staying here and if possible even better than the first!! We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Room 8 on the top floor had a lovely little balcony where you could easily see the sea. Fantastic walk in shower with nice towels, slippers and shower gel. Home made brownies, fresh milk and water all complimentary in the fridge along with a large selection of teas and coffees. Outside there is a gorgeous summerhouse with a ‘honesty bar’ sun loungers and tables. Breakfast had EVERYTHING, left feeling very full!! All in all an excellent place to stay, free parking and an easy few minutes walk to the sea, town or train. Could not fault and cannot wait to return, THANK YOU!!

We lovely stay visiting our daughter who is at uni . We wish we could of stayed longer.

The hotel was immaculate in every way, the staff were superb, wht more can I say, the only reservation I have and nothing can be done about it is that it is not close to restaurants although it is colse to the pavillion which as it was a business trip we didn't investigate.

Treated like V I P from start to finish.excellent service, clean and modern room. Breakfast was perfectly presented and plenty of it, such a selection as well. We were well looked after.

The room was spotless, team incredibly friendly, comfortable bed, fabtastic breakfast.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly owners and wonderful staff (especially the adorable breakfast lady who couldn't do enough for you). We found our room (No 7) perfect for us, being on the top floor, it was quiet and had a fabulous view of the sea, it also contained everything we needed (including a fridge containing a home made chocolate treat!). Great variety of food available for breakfast Quick and easy to get into town too. Only down side I will mention is it only has street parking available which may be a problem in the summer months as Falmouth is incredibly busy. Will definetly return and highly recommend.

Walking the South West Coast Path in wet weather, to be able to stay in such a hospitable place made it all worthwhile. Sharon was wonderful, a very kind person. The breakfast was delicious and it is always nice to see fresh fruit as a part of the breakfast menu. We would highly recommend Chelsea House

Highly recommended, excellent location for town centre and attractions. Hosts very welcoming and take an interest in their guests. Rooms clean and well appointed many with sea views and some with balconies displaying excellent views from Pendennis Castle to Gylingvase beach. Friendly and helpful staff serve an excellent Breakfast with an array of fresh fruit, cereals, juices and superb cooked to order full English or specials such as avocado and poached egg or salmon omelette. Have stayed in Falmouth several times and Chelsea House is the best b&b we have encountered. Stayed August 2017, travelled as a couple
