The Bay Hotel

We liked the room with balcony, the view and accessories.

Temperamental shower and would benefit from a hand rail to get in and out as quite slidy. Loose toilet seat. Temperamental sink tap. Leaking plug in bath.

Restaurant und Frühstück

Zimmer war abgewohnt mit Mängeln. Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser. Getrennt durch Staße und Eisenbahnlinie mit Zaun. Daher kein Zugang zum Strand.

Comfortable, clean and spacious

Loved the hotel, beautiful view from the room, clean, spacious, staff friendly, loved it.

Lunch wasnt amazing in restaurant.

Location and facilities

My balcony in my executive suite was so small , no table could fit in, and no space even for the small chairs provided......4th time in this hotel, avoid roon 126, as it is at end of building where it slants to corner....leaving no balcony space.....other than that, all good.

The room was clean nice bathroom and tea and coffee tray 👌 We never got chance to use the pool ect but it looked nice

The dubble bed was 2 single beds put together not comfortable at all when you want to sleep in the middle of the bed next your partner The smell in the corridors was disgusting like greasy food The food it's self was very disappointing the breakfast, poached eggs not cooked properly this put me off everything else for the whole day, deep fried mushrooms not nice full of oil hash brown was hard and dry. Food went to wrong table. Could of been so much better . Carpets on the walls in corridors also !!

Lovely vista over the Forth, spacious, well appointed room. Pool, sauna and steam room are of the best Ive ever used. Breakfast was also outstanding as was the proximity to the beach, town and shops

Only to mention but certainly didnt retract from my stay., the carpet was starting to show signs of wear

The view from the room was spectacular. The bedroom up the stairs was great. Well stocked tea, coffee and hot choc. The onsite restaurant was lovely for dinner & breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The only thing lacking in our opinion was the amusements for the kids. But we could easily do without them.
