Room was disappointing and not as advertised. The dining breakfast room was not clean, where I sat to eat had food residue on the walls. The staff at check-in were rude and uninterested in passing information, overall a very disappointing experience.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Slottet var väldigt vackert och omgivningen i sig

Rummet, det var ganska sterilt och hade varit kul om det gick mer i samma linje som slottet i sig. Tråkigt också med dåligt utbud på TV-kanaler och ingen möjlighet att casta till TV.

Breakfast rolls were very nice and the staff was genuinely friendly

The hotel is not for tourists, it is an event hotel. Breakfast was put out and left so if you came late, the bacon, meatballs and scrambled eggs were generally cold. Breakfast is scheduled from only 07:30 to 9:00. We came back one evening from the city at 11pm and the entire place was locked up. One day our room was not made up, zero compensation was offered. The rooms was supposed to be a double, however to fit a bed in it only one side is accessible and the rooms are very outdated.

personal war unfreundlich,wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.Wir kamen 10 Minuten vor dem Frühstückende und sie waren schon am abräumen so sind wir ohne Frühstück abgereist. werden nicht wieder kommen.
