The welcoming was excellent, the room was nice and neat with all the necessary facilities.

Just the ants in the morning around the fridge. Check out time must be aligned with booking.com as well.

I was traveling with my two kids and two pekingese dogs and we were allocated the family room. The room had a musty / mouldy smell and when I raised this with the owner she told me that I was the first person to complain about it. Every cupboard had a mouldy smell and when I checked the bathroom, it was clear that there is a mould problem but it was covered with fresh paint. Very small shower. The whole unit is outdated. We were asked not to open some of the kitchen cupboards as they were falling apart. There are two televisions in the unit, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge but you can only control the lounge tv using the tv in the bedroom. The location is also not the best, lots of potholes in the street. At the time I was there, the municipality was also doing some work close to the guest house and there were trenches that they had dug up. I did not enjoy my stay there. Breakfast was also very limited. I only went for breakfast once and did not bother the other days as I was not impressed.
