Modern, clean, convenient , staff

The TV didn’t work and was told nothing they could do about it until the following morning! Not happy since England was playing at Football so let the staff know my disappointment! The staff sorted us another room to move to Whos TV worked fine ! Cant complain at all because the lady in charge on reception sorted it all - thank you x

Room was great and spacious. Bed was extremely comfy and the shower could fit tall people in. Food was nice, restaurant was nice, staff were lovely. Parking was easy and free!

For eating at the restaurant, i had to go up to the bar and ask to be seated as there was no one seating people. It did take a while to get a bill. The wifi was rubbish unfortunately.

Always use this hotel when visiting relatives due to location

Unfortunately the tv reception was down. It would be good to have semi skimmed milk in room rather than full fat.
