We arrived for breakfast at 09:10 to be told the continental option was finished. We could have cooked breakfast only. We were offered nothing to drink, when I asked I was told we needed to pay on what was the hottest day of the year. When I objected as I had a child the waitress reluctantly went to speak to a manager. Ten mins later she returned and said we could have one glass of juice only. Her attitude was appalling.

Close to Motorway, clean comfortable, helpful staff and good food

Mainly the staff Nice decor in all areas. Access to sunny courtyard area.

Disappointed with the Continental breakfast It was not Continental It offerred only croissants. No cheese, eggs or ham The vegetarian breakfast was £3.50 extra. No snacks available at bar No sandwiches available as an alternative to a full dinner Extortionate charges for items in vending machine, £1.75 for a standard size bag of crisps.

Nice stuff rooms nice and clean.

Breakfast fine, cooked plus the usual buffet bar. Kettle in the room always useful.Plenty of hot water. Located just a mile from the motorway on one side, and adjacent to good Yorkshire countryside o n the other side. The Trans-Pennine Trail runs nearby for cyclists . There is a bank of 300kw chargers right there in the Car Park, a feature that Hotels as destinations should be having, and most still don.

The room was hot. But considering it was hottest day of the year, that's no real surprise. Probably if hot Summers continue, then air conditioning will become necessary.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Great location. Able to get fresh milk due to unable to have uht milk. Food lovely.

Check in staff very pleasant. Room clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi good and included. Car parking close and plentiful. Extremely generous cooked breakfast. Pleasant outdoor seating area around bar.

Drinks at bar expensive. No information about cafe area. Bedrooms rather clinical. No bar snack nibbles available and the machine alternative in reception was broken - reception had some for sale at very inflated prices. No choice of cooked breakfast. Whole building felt a little bleak.
