"Our stay was average from property perspective but staff made up for it with their friendliness and welcoming nature."

The friendliness of the staff, very helpful and kind and caring. Location was nice.

The pool we wanted to use was not accessible, were told only used for special functions. Overall the hallways looked a bit run down. The beds were not very comfortable. Floor level balcony sliding door would not lock! The property could use a bit of an update and renovations.

In the 1st place I was touched by the kindness and support of all the staff in all the areas of the hotel.

The coffee bar was not available. The pools could be cleaner. The area next to the sea should be fixed and look more presentable.
