Buona posizione.

Dotazione elettrodomestici scarsa, mancanza di TV ed asciugacapelli, un solo asciugamani viso per tre persone, letti non forniti di secondo lenzuolo e piumino corto. Alle 7,30 del mattino già mancanza di acqua calda. Personale poco presente.

Perfect location, also great price compared to what you actually get. Good communication with the host, easy access to building + room.

Biggest issue is the temperature, it was 10-15 degree outside, but room no matter if it was morning or evening, it was all time really really cold, there was no way to make room more warm, heating wasnt working, windows were closed all time, it was biggest issue, besides of the fact, you have to run hot water for 2-5 minutes before showering to actually use any warm water. Also, I know its not really important for many people, but providing some shower gels/shampoos is kind of common nowadays in hotels, would be great to have it here too.

A bit small, but not uncomfortable

La posizione non era male. Bar , ristoranti e attività commerciali direttamente sotto l'appartamento. Anche bus e metro abbastanza vicini anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Il check in anticipato di un ora c'è stato fatto pagare il doppio di quello pattuito. Siamo rimasti 24 ore senza acqua calda. La prima sera non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché nessuno a risposto alla nostra comunicazione che eravamo senza acqua calda. La TV non funzionava. (Roba da poco ,non ci interessava) Ma era tra i servizi. Il phon espressamente richiesto abbiamo dovuto richiederlo perché non presente. Ci siamo adattati ma non ci tornerei.
