Exceptionally clean. Provided extra toiletries when asked. Very responsive to any needs. Soft fluffy housecoats and luxury bath salts were a nice touch. Nice view and location was superb.

Bbq was a flat iron and not a grill. Lother than that. Excellent

Helen and Peter were perfect hosts and the location, lodging, facilities, and views were all fantastic.

The driveway is a little snug for a big car, but it was totally doable if you took your time getting in and out.

Fantastic view, proximity by foot to cafes, harbour, restaurants, beautiful walk to Waitangi, parking, friendly hosts.

Furnishings could be updated. No air conditioning, but fans worked fine. The hill did not bother us.
