"Very good hotel and value for money"

My booking included a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely sea view. The air conditioning and TV with Netflix were great bonuses. The location is superb — only 3 minutes’ walk to the main street and around 10 minutes to the nearby beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Free parking and early check-in were also much appreciated 😁 Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel to stay at. Accommodating, clean and very well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights in room 10. Owned by a married couple Nell & Simon they were brilliant to talk with and very welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Newquays Harbour and beaches, all within a short walking distance. The bar and lounge have everything you need, very spacious with plenty to do. I would strongly recommend this hotel to families or couples or anyone trying staying in Newquay. 10/10 👍

"Cracking stay"

The staff, the food, the room and the cleanliness was spot on. Both husband and wife were fantastic couldn’t be more helpful, as soon as we were there she was asking if we had any allergies to anything. Cracking couple….. the lady helping with the breakfast, also a credit to their operation. We will be back at some point, purely for the way we were treated.

It wasn’t down to the hotel or staff ( couldn’t fault there hospitality), just inconsiderate people staying in another room. Music and singing to 04:00. In the morning the host said I should have called her so she could tackle the problem, I didn’t want her to as it started from about midnight and I wasn’t going to wake the hosts up to deal with it, wasn’t fair on her.
