This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. We only accept bookings directly from the guest that is actually requesting to stay with us. We only deal directly with the guest. We do not accept bookings from third parties or third parties agencies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
