Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. An incidentals bond may be required. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. For Non Refundable bookings, the guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at the time of booking. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note, there is limited hotel parking available which operates on a first come, first served basis. If the hotel car park is full, metered parking is available near the hotel. Please note that breakfast inclusive rates include a 'Big Breakfast' from the a la carte menu.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
