Will at the beginning I was spires by the setup and place as will. The staff was very helpful and smiling all of the time. The serves was very good. The food was yummy and the restaurant was nice

"A little bit of heaven"

The hotel tucked away in such a peaceful place provided the much needed escape without us having to travel far. Our luxury room was spacious and modern. The staff was friendly and I throughly enjoyed the spa. The restaurant was value for money and the food was divine.A few things needs attention tho(room 309)...namely our heated towel rail didn't work, the batteries for the safe needed replacing, the water indicator in the shower was reversed and the shower ceiling needs to be painted. A table needs to be put in the bathroom for us to place our clothes on. But overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

"Our Thaba Eco Experience"

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, the restaurant food was delicious and most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our only problem we encountered was at check in. The gentlemen helping us was unfriendly and he gave us the standard room instead of the luxury room. We were too busy to lodge a complaint and be moved to another room, so we stayed. I had booked the luxury room at a discount on Experia, but he gave us the standard room, perhaps to save money? The room we had was not bad, though. The hot water could have been hotter, but I read that they use solar geysers and we were showering before the sun came up, so that could be the reason why. Overall we would most definitely stay there again, but this time we will make sure we are given the correct room.
