The Corral at Breckenridge by Great Western Lodging

All depends on what your going for, if it’s a medium priced venue with clean well designed exterior and the gambit of neighbors from families to locals partying late at night with residents the place fills a lot of needs. Close in with great parking patrol to make sure folks aren’t sneaking in to park and walking the half mile to where it’s happening on Main Street. The interior was clean but at that age where sometimes it doesn’t matter how hard you scrub, it’s hard to notice a huge difference. It’s 3 stars solid, not 3.1 and never 4 out of 5. Beds they were hard and little comfort left in them. Beware of the sofa couch, 10 ways to cut a hand or stub a toe and the mattress was just terrible. The only area where it was really dirty was the sofa mattress and sheets. They were stained and as were the extra comforters. There were potatoe chips chips under the sofa and in the cushions. Probably hadn’t been cleaned since the last folks cleaned it to get their huge deposit back. I means who looks in a folded up sofa. Old broken lamp in a closet and old humidifiers too one of which still had some water in it. Buts it’s Breck and everything is expensive so it’s a 3. One more thing Absolutely zero insulation between the floors above you and the outside walls. The bedrooms face out towards the other condos in the complex. You can hear every word, or F yea dude that’s my chick, if a party is growing. So if your going to party/ski great crash pad.

It was a great place to stay, my only complaint is that the people in the condo above us were extremely loud and woke our daughters up multiple times. Also, the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. Other then that, the location was amazing, it was very spacious and cozy.

The condo is right at the edge of town so an easy walk to shops, restaurants, walkways, etc. and yet just far enough away from all that to be quiet. The condo was fine with adequate supply of products and dinnerware to make it easy, 3 tv's so no one misses their show. Nice views from the balcony and close to the mountains for summer hikes.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very well maintained and stocked. It was very spacious for the two of us - we could have easily fit 2 more people at least in there. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. The only thing that we had to adjust to was no A/C. In the Colorado mountains, you don't need it but you do need to leave windows open to keep air flowing thru. They did include some fans to help air flow.

Stayed there in July during a business conference in Breckenridge. It was a wonderful experience.

Our stay was excellent at this lodge. We stayed in room 106S and it was well equipped with all necessities needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The room included a full size washer/dryer, fireplace, etc.

The condo was nice, clean, and well furnished. The mattress in the master bedroom was the major disappointment. About Motel 6 quality. The check-in process for late arrival was not explained anywhere in the reservation and was extremely frustrating. It was by chance that I found out what unit I was scheduled into and where in the town of Breckenridge I was to obtain the keys. The television was hard to get to function properly and there was no channel information--important because the cable guide did not function. Once the staff was available the next day, they were friendly and helpful.

The condo location was good can walk into town and near free hop and ride bus (blue line).. The condo was nicely decorated and stocked. There were two issues the sleeper matress needs to be replaced couldn't sleep on it. Check before using it and they can change it. No hair dryer so bring your own. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the deep hot tub after a day of skiing. The staff is wonderful just call and they respond that day. n't twoissues

This location is perfect. The condo had lots of room, kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was great!

We have stayed at the Corral before and thoroughly enjoyed both visits. This place has the nicest hot tubs in Breckenridge. We have stayed in both a three bedroom with loft and a one bedroom two bath. The rooms have a cozy lodge feel. It is a short walk to the quicksilver 6 person chair lift on peak 9. The two bathroom was ideal for my wife and I to get ready simultaneously. The full kitchen with all cooking utensils needed is also a plus. We even had a crockpot to make stew one day. Stores on Main Street are within walking distance. The staff let us park our car in the garrage before we checked in and also let us park in the lot for the day after we checked out so we could shop. The private garrage was ideal for also storing our gear after we were done braving the mountains. This will be our go to condo when visiting Breckenridge.
