No hot water, flickering lights, not approved charges on bill, unwillingness to assist with digital key issues - valet was good up until needing to check car out to drive home - 30 minute wait time with being #1 on spot

Hot water pressure on the high floor was the biggest problem. Originally, my room was 1701, and the hot water pressure was very low. I complained and was proposed to move to room 1705 where the pressure was slightly better, but during the morning hours, almost nonexistent. On April 29th, when it was the day of my checkout, I tried to take a shower, but I couldn't do this at all. I got just a drop from the shower. It's a major problem, and after my original complaint, the receptionist has never reached out to me again to make sure that my issue is solved. Since both rooms had the same issue, I believe it applies to all high-floor rooms. So, the administration most likely knows about it, but does not really care.

We booked this hotel for our trip to see Bruno Mars at the stadium. We arrived at 4:30 (an hour and a half past check in) and were informed that our room wasn't yet ready and that it would be just a few minutes. We were then offered an item from the convenience store for our inconvenience and then left in the lobby for over an hour waiting for someone to "check off" on our room cleaning. This "minor inconvenience" meant we had to grab food quickly on our way to the stadium and then we still missed the opening DJ of the show. We were told so many times that it was because the hotel was sold out the night before and that we were just waiting on that sign off. But when we finally got into our room AN HOUR later, there was water on the bathroom floor and trash near the couch. So what I really think happened is that the room wasn't clean and we had to wait an hour for them to clean it. I tried to be so understanding and nice, but this really put a damper on our trip. I was also offered some extra points on my Hyatt account that have yet to appear. It's an ok place to stay. The customer service needs some work and the manager of the hotel is the person I spoke to at the front desk, so no way to speak to someone else in charge.
