No notification to customers in advance of up front payments of $525.00 for ten nights stay, Please to say payment has been fully refunded to my account and very promptly after checking out. Just ment I less money to spend in Charlotte city during my stay.

The cleaning standard needs to be set higher. Also some work done on walls, baseboards etc.
