IIDL Suites

We stayed at the hotel twice in Oct 2017. First time as it came up with good rates for a family of four adults, two bed room suite. Second time we stayed here knowing that it is close to all the place that we need to get to. If it wasn't for that I would have stayed at some other five star hotel for lot less. Hotel rooms, décor, fittings are dated. In the kitchen, molding under the kitchen counter was hanging. Bathroom sinks were slow to drain. Can use some renovations and upgrading. Biggest thing that ticked me off, was the room cleanliness, not upto 5 star standards. Other thing is the safe in the hotel rooms. We had two suites first time and one two bedroom suite second time. In all the rooms the safe in the room was not secured at all. Some one can easily walk away with the safe with all your valuables in it. Did report it to the front desk. Staff is quite pleasant to work with. Breakfast had good variety. All in all it was an OK experience, as I said if it was not the location that worked for us, I would have stayed some where else.

Nice hotel and friendly staff.May be better training in damp dusting because certain areas are not clean ,noticed dirty boxes of vanity kit and toothbrush,got bitten by mosquito once on the finger,may be treat room with anti mosquitoes spray after guests vacated the room.Breakfast was good and many choices for dinner . Room service was good

Everything was good. Staff, food ambience room all was good

swimming pool doesn’t look nice,few activities for guests,few food choices for foreigners,room have washing machine so it’s an advantage, not good location, old hotel needs renovation.

Nice hotel good spacious apartments ...clean too ...but lousy breakfast spread

Staff needs to be trained in customer service. Smiles are rare, except from the females. Get rid of the male reception staff if they feel it is so beneath them to be in the hospitality industry. At checkout I was just shoved the credit card machine with one word, pin! I had to point out that he should have said please- after which I had a more civil exchange. I am only recommending the place for convenience- everything else just ok

Everything was good. Service was excellent.

This is an excellent hotel. The suite was for all practical purposes a one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen. It had a washer/dryer but the washer did not work so the hotel got my laundry done at no charge. The complementary breakfast is fabulous with a large number of choices. Service is very good and the bathrooms were fully modern and clean.

Very bad location and surroundings, not centrally located.

specious room, nice staff, good location, easy to get in and out of New Delhi.
