The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. There are lots of restaurants , fast food joints and grocery stores in walking distance. It's just off the highway in a very safe neighborhood.

Although the room was very clean, it had a bit of a damp smell to it. Everything felt a bit worn down.

Location, room amenities (such as refrigerator and microwave) and price.

The inside of the microwave had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. There was red sauce splattered on the inside, and the desk was dusty. One of the light bulbs in a light fixture was out. Also, the a/c unit seemed very old and it took a long time to cool the room. I told the front desk about these things as I was checking out. I didn't expect them to do anything (because I was leaving) except to be more attentive in their cleaning and maintenance.

The location was good and staff was helpful.

The bathroom light did not work. We could see light clearly through the weather stripping in the door. Overall, it is fairly shabby and needs updating and maintenance. Bed was terribly uncomfortable.
