For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Parking height restrictions apply.

All the staff members were very helpful and great! Many of them spoke English and those that didn’t were very patient with us when we were translating/communicating. We stayed there twice and each time was a great experience.

Window in room kept opening because it could not be locked. Bathroom mildew stains on caulking. They had an iron but no board. No microwave. The highlights were space and bed comfort.

"Nice people/area but Not a 4 star hotel"

The people here were very nice. From parking to check in to the breakfast staff. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. My husband and I travel a lot. Not only for pleasure but for work as well. We would not consider the quality of this location as a 4 star. It’s more of a 3 star. The security lock was broken on our door and I froze at night because there was only 1 sheet to cover us. There was massive closet space yet no extra blankets or sheets for the bed. Disappointed for sure.
