The hotel had a nice location that was easy to access all of the things that town had to offer.

We arrived 45 minutes prior to the hotel check-in time when we arrived and older gentleman also arrived a few minutes behind us. We walked in and waited at the counter for a fair amount of time. It said to dial zero we did that repeatedly. Finally, a woman came out and could not have been more rude . We asked her if we could check in early to which she replied no. We weren’t upset that she told us now we were upset and the way she spoke to us and the way she handled it. It was so uncomfortable that the elderly man behind us made a comment about this felt like the Bates Hotel it was as though we were personally attacking her and asking her to do her job. This ruined a fair portion of our day. We left to go to lunch and spent several hours looking for a new hotel. we’re trying to figure out what to do. Beyond disappointed. The hotel was dirty and not well-maintained. Our bathroom had burn stains all over the tub. There was old blood on the floor. The toilet seat was loose. You could see outside the door when it was locked, which made me feel unsafe. There were no lights on in the pool hot tub area.

It was the dirtiest hotel we’ve stayed in! The internet pics did not show what it was really like!

The toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty, the carpet was dirty! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived!
