We've stayed here multiple times.. and this time we had heater issues and hot water.. my shower was cold and our room never did get warm..

The housekeeping Absolutely amazing by the way but front desk Absolutely not he was very rude 😒

I woke up to cleaning up our room and our bed like I always too to help the housekeepers and found pee stains on our bed and blood stains on our pillow and will be posting the pictures about this as well and just and FYI if you confront them about it and say you have pictures to post cause they cant refund you for sleeping in a nasty bed you get banned but good luck with that when its an honest review and you cant banned someone for leaving a review makes me laugh so we will not be coming back to stay here goes your 8.6 to a 5.4 I hope.
